Recent.....

Last Friday, I had a real great night dinner with hubby ^^ No doubt, No noisy sound, No kid around......I did enjoyed the entire night, yahooooo...... We order pizza, mushroom soup & seafood lasagna.....enough full for 2 of us.....

This is my favourite fruit ----- KIWI. Super duper love it, used to eat it everyday. N i know that, kiwi has several health benefits especially in Vitamin C ^^, n also in Anti Oxidant (维生素 E) which help to protect our body against free radicals from all fronts.

Well, eating kiwi fruit is a healthy choice, n i will continue to eating it....LOVE KIWI so much ^^




There are two farmous low fat milk in here, Marigold HL VS Dutch Lady......But i choose to drink HL. kekeke ....^^
In infant days, calcium is required for proper bone and teeth growth .We need calcium right from birth till old age....Beside, Calcium is easily available in milk n milk products like cheese, and yogurt . Moreover, nuts, salmon, seeds n etc are also good sources of calcium. ^^ Lets take calcium start from now to prevent from bone weak....------cheer with HL milk------

FOOT CARE :
In order to maintain healthy feet, we must make an effort n care for our feet ^^
I used to wash my feet daily in luke warm soapy water before Zzzzz, n i will add some salt or vinegar into the warm water. Salt can help for '杀菌' , n vinegar can make our skin smoothing + whitening ^^


Apply moisturizing cream all over the feet to prevent it from dry skin ......

健康很珍贵 ^^

喜欢这本书,让我获意不少。它让我理解到,保健+保养+抗老的重要性。爱美的女人,不仅要懂得打扮自己,保养脸孔。同时也该体会到保健,健康,运动的重要性......



<运动,就从今天开始> Opssss.....虽然书上这么写着,但我从以前就开始了,哈哈


我喜欢流汗,特别是‘跑步’。所以1星期里都会去慢跑4天,运动完毕的心情很棒,尤其是晚上特别好入眠,我爱及了,呵呵.....近来,不仅只跑步,也深深爱上了跳绳。觉得它也是个满棒的运动。每1次都跳60下,流汗的速度会比跑步来的快。但,跳绳会伤关节,还是适量比较好,呵呵

对于每位女性来说,hormone balance很重要。它是每个女人美丽性感的泉源,也是为持性生活美满的重要因素。它是我的 EPO -月见草油。该说我从很久很久以前,就已经吃它了。喜欢它总是把我的经期都弄得很准,我会继续吃下去,到久久为止 ^^


保养保健一起来------习惯了,每早睡醒后,先走到厨房里......泡杯collagen + EPO,就这样空腹服用。这是我每天早晨的第一保健步骤 ^^ hehe.....

我喜欢敷面摸......临睡前,先泡双脚,再躺在床上,敷片面摸,闭上眼睛,让脑袋和身体放松下来,真是一门享受啊!!! 这样的生活,棒及了

防晒是抗老的最佳关建,超喜欢Biore系列的防晒霜,最重要的是,它不油腻,味道也不难闻


我喜欢护发,喜欢黑色,有光泽及亮丽的头发。反而对染发很反感……不过,这还是看个人喜欢。每次看着电视里的洗发精广告,多羡幕她们能够拥有一头乌黑有亮丽的头发。告诉自己,不行……我也要加勤护发,但愿我的头发能够越来越健康,乌黑,有光泽,亮丽,呵呵......
